Amen. That is right... You lie about it, and I will swear to it... A given, and built in. Guaranteed.

    Serious...Query here..
I am puzzled by the occurrences of pots laid over, for any reason. Air bags or springs. Possum belly dragging the ground. Low center of gravity.
OK, our old wood slat Fruehauf's had the "torsion bar suspension, and the floor level like a flatbed/van, say 42" up. Lots of lean here and I have had trailer
body rub tires in a tight oh-oh, but center back up. Our deck rail were set high enough you could run the grown stuff on the floor (backs nearly rubbing),
and cram the yearlings up under the roof. Getting into a sharp continuing (KY) curve would work buttonholes in your seat fabric. Better have got the lean
out and them set up before you sailed into it. (The rail for deck boards is the thicker "slat: just above the open door top level.)

With all of J.T. Garrard's boys claims to idiocy, They never turned one in the 2 years I was there. (Dumas did flip a shell box rack,
; in 2nd gear. making a right turn in the KS Army Ammunition Plant in Parsons once.. 34'single axle, turned short.)

We don't cut our chittlins up like that to boil to clean. But do cut them a little smaller in pieces to fry. Be good when you finish your processing anyway....

99% sure this guy dropped a wheel off the edge of the road. Paved county road but not real wide, but trucks travel it daily with no issues.

That he did. He had been hauling cattle, tandem trailer. They had built 10' (?) tall stake frame; 1" x 4'"slats long wise, on a 34' single axle flat bed. Dropped it at the shell box plant and they made boxes, stacked it full, and stretched a tarp over. You had a 34' 8' x 10' tall stack of empty shell boxes sitting inside. Front end gate would fold down to sail home.....He saw the plant street he was to go too , whacked a right and down in the corner/culvert/ditch the stack slanted.
Did not lose the load, just had to get a wrecker out to swing his ascend back over some to go on down.

I pulled a couple of them from West Point to Redstone at Huntsville and one to the LA Arsenal at Minden LA. Pulled strange

Edit: Empty, things looked like a homemade open top cattle trailer .
