What do you put in that pico? I see tomatoes. Onions and cilantro. Anything else? I need to make some breakfast tacos. Nobody knows what those are around these parts.

Squeeze a lime. The over ripe ones are better, moar juice.

    Jalapeños.

    Not too much cilantro.

    I don't add salt.

That's pretty much it. I like garlic and banana peppers in mine, but that's pretty much it

The OM has us booked on an EPIC non / multi stop trip(s) starting Monday.

First one is supposed to be ready tomorrow. Probably go get it, and come back to Casa Del OM Friday, since it goes back almost right by here.

It could develop into an a truly EPIC adventure, depending on the energy level(s) of man and cat.

Looks good except for those round green things. Here’s a round green thing story.
It was about 1995. Locked up. Went to lunch and they had this round green thing salad looking stuff. I took some. Choices were limited lol. For some reason I thought it was hot. Took a bite. Ice cold. Gak. Ate it anyway. Choices were limited.
    Thankful those days are over.

Brings to mind an interesting thing that happened in my younger years.....

As a HS graduation present the parents sent me off to Germany for 6 weeks to stay with the family of an exchange student we had hosted a couple of summers before.

While I was over there they hosted another exchange student. He was still hanging out for a week after I got back. Ended up just running around with him and the others in his group. We were all sitting around having drinks at the Mexican joint when a couple of them asked me where my family was from because I had an accent compared to the other families. Had to explain that I was born nearby, but dad was born in KS and mom's family was from OK so I inherited some of there accents.
