I made gluten free bread in the bread maker. It isn't so good. On the package it says it's bad for yeast bread. But that was in small letters. Instead of the giant 1 for 1 in the front and on the back for regular flour substitution.

I hope Dallas can pull it out, they're up in the first half, we'll see if they can keep the lead in the second.

I listen to Joe Rogan. One of his children has inflammation problems. So he gets it for her. When they went Italy they had traditional bread made from wheat that's not GMO and the same for the last 600 years and she could tolerate that more. GMO flour has three times as much gluten as traditional. It's better for yields than traditional.

Well I wanted to try it. It's like church wafers with butter. (Catholic).

I did carnivore diet for a while lost weight and inflammation went down. I dont have huge inflammation problems but I did notice an improvement after a while on carnivore.

“Gluten free “ has no flavor or texture. At least that’s what I have found. Tried a few things just because of curiosity. Nope, never again.

    STOPPED AT AN INDIGENOUS PETRO!!!!!

We went by many BAD places where you would need to chain up at times.

The OM said we shall remain here until the morrow.

It's pretty blah. I'll try to order some traditional flour and mess with that.

I have friends that say in France the women are not fat like us and they eat bread/ carbs. I wonder how much of our food is messed with at the genetic level. Which makes it unhealthy for us. But I'm a truck driver. I don't really know where to start with that. Then you think studies will be suppressed due to amount of money involved. Like the sugar industry for one.
