There's actually not that much difference any more...go to either one and you have to deal with Barney Fife. I think the food might be better at the jail though, the cruel and unusual punishment restrictions apply over there.

It's less than a week before Christmas and I am on a budget. I'm working hard to make extra money and I come home to Elf on a Shelf taking a marshmallow bath.
