    It’s refine and sea salt or Himalayan is unrefined, more natural. However Morton’s has iodine which can benefit for those who are deficiency of iodine. Regardless, salt is not good. I stay away from all salts, it’s number one in creating high blood pressure besides the sugary drinks.

    True, but there is a balance point.... As in how much is too much?

    I cook with the sea salt, and keep a shaker of Iodized salt to add to stuff.
