    Might want to go hip boots. Some weathermen are toying with "### deep to a tall Giraffe". No mention of freezing rain and sleet....
    Tupelo's charged persons say they have loaded sand in the trucks and are attaching snowplow devices. Elec boss is going to have 3. (three) trucks on standby for fallen lines. All this is for the Friday approaching.

    A lot of trucks then did not have steer brakes as they were not required.

    On a couple of Tom Riddell's 22 Whites, there was a thick 3 inch chrome hand wheel on a valve left of steer column under dash.
    You could turn it to add or reduce air to steer axle by a twist.
