    I was in Stage IV rhinoceros sleep from 7am until 6pm.

    Slinging gas at night in single digit temperatures is NOT the ideal vocation for a fat, wheezy old bald guy with assorted joint ailments.

    However, as I am off tonight, I cooked myself a BACON and Swiss cheese omelet, accompanied by corned beef hash.

    No toast, because through some gross oversight, there is no bread in the house.

    Missus Skillet and I are both equally liable for this travesty.

    So, I'll top off my belly with:

    Kinda like "wheat grits". A little more "tooth" to them than hominy grits.

    I REALLY like the buckwheat ones, but they're hard to find in my area.
