A buddy and I did take on an all you can eat catfish for $3.50 during that time. Bonnie's Truck Stop at Sandersville, MS, right out of Laurel,MS. We both were enroute to New Orleans for bananas and stopped there for supper. Ordered the fish, eat it up, waitress asked if you guys want more. My buddy had hollow legs and a good appetite. He said: Yeah, some more and nice size please. That started it. We ate, she brought more, we ate.
Finally left and on to New Orleans. Came back through the next day, stopped for lunch, and there was a clean place on the wall where the sign had been.

Case stockmen's 3 blade, the long blade, fine sharp point. Grasp handle in palm, control the point with thumb and forefinger of (RH or LH), lay injured mash meat down, nail up, align everything , clinch and grit, slowly "drill" twisting right and left with controlled own pressure.
Or that is the way I drained the residue from a splinter off an oak cut gate jammed under nail while fishing for the tie rope end.
When Brangus calves are whirling to push you thru the back doors of the trailer, sometime you get in too big a hurry...
