    The OM has this look that has me concerned. Today is Day 5 for miles, only 4 a day, no bike, no exercises. Diet has now flipped into OM Extreme Punishment.

    Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday. Start of Lent. It will be a rest day I think.

    She's just got this look though.

    Tomorrow the Chiefs Parade with Taylor Swift will commence at 11 am. Couple of my nephews are going. Niece and Pistol Pete, her husband who wore a bullet proof vest and a pistol stuck in his pants at a Christmas dinner few years back, will be flying from Dallas for the event.
