    I’ve worked on the one I’m sitting in numerous times. Replaced a bunch of screws that wallered out the wood they were screwed into with grade 8 bolts. No cables on this one. It’s a 95 model lazy boy I got at an estate auction in 2003. One of the springs in the seat broke awhile back and I cut in out with bolt cutters.

    That doesn’t look appealing, but I’ve done similar.

    A 2000 lb skid of mulch on the other hand is quite a different story. That wouldn’t leave the pavement, at least not by my labor.
