Still taining here. I’m going to speak with local officials to see about donating this water to California…….or was it the sewer water I wanted to send? Anyhow, Ohio River has started to overflow the banks. Schools are closed. This is one of our sand plants. Out of commission. I wanna say thats about 10 feet above normal water levels.
