Stick in a car/pickup is kinda a rarity now. Typically special order or part of a rare package if they are even available.

The vast majority of drivers, not near retirement age, have never driven a stick.

Over a decade ago, of the 30 or so of us that made it through the "classroom" part of training only 4 had driven a standard. One of the 4 rode a motorcycle, had not driven a stick.

We had a few drop out of class cause they were not interested in learning how.

I'm confident the percentage with experience in a car has dropped even further since then.

Poor dude was here for one (1) hour and forty five (45) minutes. It was ridiculous. Wasn’t his fault. When I get tired of spectrums bullshat, I’m gonna get a Roku tv and internet from T-Mobile.
