    I almost forgot- I ask my wife how to freeze sweet corn. Dave, you have to Parboil it first. Get a pot and boils some water put the sweet corn in a boil it for about 45 seconds to 1 minute, pull it out and dry them and they will freeze ok and then you can re-cook them after thawing them as you would normally.
