Let me be frank, it sounds like you've mustard up the conviction to get help.

Slinging gas for the Borg is not sustainable, for reasons I won't go into here.

Just found out today that I can't transfer to food grade and sling HFCS for the Borg. I have to be in my "currently assigned division for a year."

Not happening. I made more money with less aggravation running "east of the Rockies regional".

I checked with my old boss, he has a truck for me, asked him how much lead time he needed to get me onboard, he said, "About 48 hours."

Still haven't decided how much, if any, notice to give the Borg. I'm off tomorrow anyway, and Friday/Saturday would finish the pay week.

And during orientation, the Borg took every opportunity to remind me my employment was "at will", terminable by "either party at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice"......

I'm fed up with filling out applications, talking to recruiters, then getting ghosted.

I'm tired of being lied to by people who never drove, then listening to them try to weasel out of their BS when I call them out on it.

Best of Luck @homeskillet ~ This last gig I had, at first had management people that knew what they were doing. Things went smooth. Then those people moved on and were replaced with pinheads that didn’t know their ### from their elbow. AND they did such a good job they got promoted and replaced with different pinheads that were even worse !

I got the reduction in rank, the forfeiture of a month’s pay and the confined to quarters speeches all rolled into one— didn’t listen much to the confined to quarters part cause we still had 3 months to go on the WESTPAC— the other parts were harsh

I wasn't paying attention until Cascadia dude blasted his air horn for quite awhile, but it seemed likely that old arn got impatient waiting for someone in front of him to move, decided to back out, and didn't check his mirrors first. I say this because there was someone parked in front of old arn when it all went down.

If I were a social media influencer influencing everything, I would have started recording video to catch the arm waving and foul language. But instead I continued to sit in my truck and eat a sandwich.

Sorry it didn’t work out…. Hauling gas sucks and I know because I did it for years .
I didn’t work for the Borg but they suck too…no notice just say your done , no drama just leave.

They would have taken my shoestring tie on corporal stripes, My $75.00 months pay, and I would have got to rest in the barracks. Shoulda been Army.
