    Wow. While chains are not specifically mandated, they are the most commonly accepted form of securement for coils. Straps are not prohibited under the regulations, however they are less than a good choice. Would like to see this from the other side. Wonder what if any racks or dunnage were used.

    I can't recall ever seeing one of those that didn't have a bunch of chains securing to prevent forward and lateral movement.

    It seems that T/A is building some new locations.
    Noticed one under construction west of Ash Fork, AZ on westbound side of the I-40.
