Wow. While chains are not specifically mandated, they are the most commonly accepted form of securement for coils. Straps are not prohibited under the regulations, however they are less than a good choice. Would like to see this from the other side. Wonder what if any racks or dunnage were used.Feedman, Concorde, hope not dumb twucker and 8 others Thank this.

I can't recall ever seeing one of those that didn't have a bunch of chains securing to prevent forward and lateral movement.
