Well I did my nice deed for the week. A driver couldn't get his fax to appear at the TA, so I printed off one page from my ultra slow truck printer. An e-pass thingy to get into Canada. Better him than me.

 

That’s what I’m talking about. Simple and few ingredients. I may get some avocados tomorrow and try it.

And I’m caught up. Chopped the whole yard this afternoon. Since it’s not so blazing hot. AC is off and windows open.

Well today was interesting... I'm pretty sure my line at work set some kind of record for the amount of man hours we completed.

Then after work I met up with an Aunt and Uncle of mine to discuss some custom leather work. They are pretty well to-do, and she wants a Handmade Cattleman original. I ended up taking her order for a fully floral tooled tote bag with all the bells and bobs... Right down to the little tassel. Think designer handbag... I would sell this bag to anyone other than family for close to $1500, but being family she gets a heafty discount.

I'm excited and nervous all at once... This is a very large undertaking. But it will definetally get me some good exposure, as she runs in some very upscale circles. Half of her payment will be in the form of leather and a few tools/stamps the rest she will pay me in cash upon completion. Finally going to be able to get my hands on the very best tooling leather money can buy.
