    Depending on the pork, usually pull off heat at 145, it will rise another 10 degrees minimum resting.
    Just did a loin roast today, at 145 off the grill, then rest 20 minutes. Was a solid just rare side of medium.
    Tender, juicy, just right.

    Yep, tasted great.

    I do the same with pork loin roasts. Dee-lish!

    Just gave everyone the gooberment "safe temperature".

    Didn't want anyone picking up a tapeworm somewhere and come back here tryna blame ME for it.....

    I think something like that is required in the upholstery fabric of recliners shipped from MS into CA. More CA rules...

    Yes. They are worth the investment. Have several myself. Thermoworks is a top brand.
    They have a variety of different types. Don’t need to get expensive, just functional.
    Taylor is also a good brand. They tend to be a bit less expensive. Probably a good starting point.
