    Hey boss, we've got two 3600 lb skids of steel columns to ship out, want to put them on a heavy duty pallet and bolt them down?

    No, just set them on a cheap pallet and wrap them together in tape, that ought to hold them. Worst case scenario they fall and crush something or someone or maybe knock out a trailer wall.
