That’s the first call, Safelite in Melbourne, FL won’t touch it. I’ve seen them replace a Cascadia windshield in Laurel, MT so that’s why I called them first.
Frustrating because these two piece flat windshields are so easy to do. I’d have no problem doing it myself if need be.

I was driving late model Cascadias and never had a problem. One time they came out to the Pilot in Albany and swapped them out without me even being there. Just left the bill on the dash. Another time they met me at a strip mall in Montgomery AL. Swapped it out and off they went.
But again, it might be what you're driving and how old it is.
