    On Tuesday, a friend helped me get to the Hampton VAMC; I had no choice but to use my wheelchair. There was more lab work to do, forms to fill out, and an EKG to undergo. General Donahue is off to Europe, which means the XVIII Corps is about to lose its Commanding Officer, stirring up some uncertainty in the command. Keri, along with a female friend, is set to arrive this afternoon since her husband can't leave North Carolina. They're planning to book a hotel near the Richmond VAMC during my hospital stay. Lately, I've been experiencing severe angina pain and pressure, so intense this morning that it felt like there was a truck pressing on my chest.

    I am planning to take my iPad this time. Maybe I can add a short update tomorrow.

    . Grandson checks on him daily when he brings the mail in. He will probably spend at least a half hour playing with house boss he is very fond of him.

    Got two (2) packages to send to good old Texas. One to Hippy Chick and one to cousin in El Paso. The Mighty BOT is warming up as we speak.
