    I don’t dislike Christmas, but I don’t particularly enjoy it either. The shopping, the traffic, the whole “present” thing...

    I enjoy Christmas most by watching other people take part in whatever is they do, knowing I don’t have to get involved. :biggrin_25520:

    Same thought, but you just become more able to deal with it. It's not the house, guys. It is her absence.
    Up until I sold the house and moved into Traceway, I'd catch myself.. Getting up from my computer about 10, going down the hall to wake her from having been watching TV.... And not there... Absence.

    These Elks... Wyoming outfitters are claiming elk are hard to find there, Something about the wildfires changing / limiting the habitat and there are more hunters than elk wandering in usual haunts. Perchance they ran West?
