Thr John boat is flat and shaped like rectangle. They don't draw much water. It's a cheap fishing boat for calm waters. The v shaped hull boat is built for speed and bigger waves.

I,ve run trotlines on wilson lake , Tn river in a jon boat with white caps rollin in . It was bigger than that 12 footer tho . 18 i think , many years ago . Brought in a bunch of catfish tho , then there was the cleaning and inevitable finning .

 

We went to a Christmas parade. Then we went to eat some fried catfish.


The medium sized Christmas Grinch tried it and liked it, she even ate some hushpuppies and tried tartar sauce.

Yeah Aldi's is better imo. Now nothing is cheap. I bought a folding chair. It was $28 for a metal one, it's padded. But still spendy.
