My uncle had one on the Kankakee River. It was fun. He got the biggest engine allowed, so it was pretty quick.

Thank you for the win, Georgia, even though you placed my cardiovascular health in jeopardy.....

 

I don't really eat fish, but I often find myself tempted by fried catfish.

If that plate was set in front of me, I believe I would eat that catfish.

 

Owe it to yourself especially if its right out of the deepfry , a couple squeezes of a lemon slice you good to go .
