    Ya need two short ones. One to plug in the computer port, and one to plug into the monitors connection port.
    Then if you have the right two, they will connect together and Viola, image on monitor.
    Here; it is "Eddie" at Computer Universe who can conjure these things up.
    3 years ago there was not a single cable to make this connection, may be now...
    Update:
    You can get "adapters now, to attach the "other end" of the cable/port you have, to connect its other end to the device you want. "Transverse devices", change one type to another.
