I am a big fan of pex, but I’m an unlicensed plumber as well as an unlicensed electrician. So take it with a grain of salt.

 

pex is good stuff if ya didn't have to buy the expensive tool i'd say run wirsbo . The crimped pex is ok just make dam sure the crimper is calibrated , even if its new it doesn't mean its been calibrated from manufacturer.

 

I’ve had very few issues with the “shark bite” fittings. But they get costly if you are doing a lot of work. And they are bulky

 

dont use sharkbites in the ground they wont hold up
