The last three words triggered my memory. In 2013 I was at one of their meetings where they paid a couple of hundred bucks for us to sit and listen to their bs and eat their food. While we were eating, this guy and I got to talking and he asked if I went to Jacksonville a couple of weeks before for some kind of drivers appreciation shindig. I told him no that I wasn't in the area, and I wouldn't bounce 50 miles if was just to be around the corporate pricks in Jacksonville. I never had one problem with the bunch in Rockford, but Jacksonville was something else. Anyway, this guy said he went and wished he hadn't. He said they had finished eating, and some guy walks up to the podium and didn't say good afternoon or kiss my ###. His first words were We don't need anybody in this room. We can make more money with outside carriers. The guy said he was shocked and pissed at the same time. Anyway, I stayed put for another year, and what that other guy did I have no clue.

Wow , I didn't know there was that many. That's probably what killed the dinosaurs.

 

Well house still leaks on the cold side. I opened faucets turned it on. Two spots with leaks.

I wonder how much I'll end up replacing. It might be just be run PEX and do it. Haven't tried the hot side. I could rework it. Currently cold circuit then hot circuit. Cold circuit feeds hot.

 

Naw, was guys like this got them... Been that way forever... Them big old wheels....
