Isn't Salt used inside the Tunnel for Ice Control or is that a No No in Tunnels?

The Road Surface outside the Tunnel was wet so water was getting tracked inside the Tunnel and was creating slick Conditions

Looking at Google Earth, it appears those Tunnels are only about 1/4 Mile long, is that accurate?

 

Finally caught up after 2 days MIA. Friday was in Mexico border town(business) and Saturday at a Quinceañera. Time to watch the 500 big one.

 

They're not very long. Quarter mile sounds about right.
