What if it Snows?

Sanded the thing when I pulled up the old flooring almost three (3) years ago. Not doing it again.

 

Currently have 1/4 eench plywood in kitchen. Living room and back room have carpet , which I’d like get rid of as well.

 

The mouse proofing...?? How did/is that go/going. Some might want to do a miniature solution on their potted cactus in the house....

 

But.. But.. The stencil kit to position those neat clean concise letters... Think of its cost...

 

And ideally be a nymphomaniac that recently inherited a liquor store..

We've got a #8 crock with handles just like the one pictured. If you remember and are still around, I'd be curious to know what it brings.

Well; quite sometime after my wife past away, a lady who worked in the library here and heavily endowed, would get in close (as I was really trying to absorb some grief managing facts), to let me know she was in the finals of divorce and had got the liquor store in the settlement.Offers like that do stick in your mind.
You do know; if you miss a piece, you cannot get two and make for the lost one. Each one is separate; hence the name, piece....

 

Well, speaking as a man who went through the whole thing.....
#1 hire it out. I rented a floor sander and got nothing. Dude comes in with a crew and did in about a day.....the whole house. About $3500 if I remember correctly.
It's not as easy as it looks.
