Truck 2 did $295K one year. But he took like 6 or 8 weeks off, and went on two(2) cruises.

I was reading another thread on here written by an arm chair owner without a clue, and I decided to see where these people try to arrive at the decision that buying a truck is entering the land flowing with milk and money.

I was trying to explain something similar to a young contractor the other day that thought he was kicking ### doing a $25m annual volume with a margin of 8% — when I asked what his overhead was at he guessed it to be around 10%, but as long as he keeps the volume and cash flow up he’s kill’n it— it’s gonna be a very harsh lesson in life someday
