Well turns out my vise was not fixed. So. Drilled a hole on the other side and installed a bolt on that side. Seems solid now.

 

Mikes Custom Handrails is now hiring. Current employee has decided to retire from the company. Said he's not cut out for Manuel labor.

Fun antidote, The Hazul went to Ft Worth for about 4 or 5 days and in the meantime, I shaved off my beard (because I'm prettier that way). Anyway, after she came home and after about 3 days, I said, "Did you notice that I shaved my beard off?" She was like, 'nope'.
Which reenforces my observation, that after a few years, we no longer look at each other. Just married life, I guess.
