Wait a minute. Doesn't corn automatically come with its own sugar....as in corn syrup and and corn fructose sugar?

I'm more of a toast or English muffin guy.
The Hazul knows about corn bread, but the poor soul doesn't know how to cook. So, that leaves us with toast or English muffins.
