Most “Farm Raised” fish tastes like… Well nothing. Take part of that back, if it does have any taste, it’s mud. Nasty mud at that.

 

My cooked catfish; and I suspect Elmer's, is not "greasy" Out on the plate and flakes right off.

 

idk about that , but what i do know that farmed Norwegian fish is loaded with pesticide. That relatively expensive smoked stuff too.
