Okay. Not bad. Didn't need a metric fucton of mayo, which is a good thing, 'cause there wasn't any packets, and I wasn't going to buy a tiny jar of Hellmann's at a truckstop.

Pros:

GREAT coating! Almost like they made it out of corn flakes, or something with equivalent "tooth".

Fresh! Only about 20 minutes out of the fryer, according to the counter guy.

Darn good for a hole-in-the-wall truckstop in the boonies of Iowa.


Cons:

Coulda benefited from a dab of mayo and a slice of lettuce. Minor inconvenience.

Overall: 6.8/10

The standard of moistness I seek in a pork tenderloin sandwich may not be achievable due to the leanness of the meat....
