    I had a friend, he was a Dr.
    I saw him one day at the gas station.
    He said he was outdoors, I didn't ask why.
    I told him he could stay at my place when I was on the road.
    About a week or two later he capped himself in my backyard. I'm looking at the place now.
    Come to find out he was a junkie and had been run out of his practice.
    Doc was a good guy.
    I guess that's all.

    Met a BC0 about 6 years ago, whom I could tell wasn't am amateur.

    Started talking. Said he was fully retired. Went through about $400K day trading in about 4 months, so now he's bumping docks again.

    Now we can't sleep. Well I can't sleep.

    Need to drive in about three (3) hours.

    Thought about continuing on last night, then getting after it today, and tomorrow, to put us in Phoenix since Gallen is pitching Sunday.

    But was just too tired. Too far now.

    My dad was an anti-tank gunner in the 96th division in WWII (Leyte and Okinawa). They were issued M-36 Jacksons for the invasion of Japan (scheduled for the 1st wave). Built on the Shermans chassis (the tracks and below) it had an open top and a 90mm gun.
