Sturgeon are mostly freshwater fish, have no bones and taste really good. And we used to fish some of the Sierra lakes for Kokanee, which are kind of a lake-locked Salmon. Tastes good too.Friend, austinmike, High Stepper and 7 others Thank this.

Smoked Kokanee is hard to beat!
