What if it Snows?

This is a very American dish... I think... cans of spam are sold in Brasil.... I used to mix that with rice and sometimes fry it.... used to eat eggs too.... and a whole lotta things I wouldn't touch today...

 

If I am going to eat sushi, it’s gonna be fish or other sea creatures.

 

And tomorrow will be yet another National holiday.... Black Consciousness Day or something like that.....
And all businesses will be closed again.... from now till end of February there will be lots of Holidays and celebrations.... this is a very touristic town but the weather hasn't been very helpful...

 

Add some sliced tomatoes to that.

It is made in Brazil. Darn good too.
Dice up onion, red potatoes, bell peppers, a little garlic. Eggs and toast. Yep!

 

I'm surprisingly acceptable of this perspective. Leaves more for me to enjoy..... Mind if I have your share?

Sea creatures... that's another thing I find really "disgusting"... I am sorry... I swear I am not trying to make anybody mad here... but every time I see those creatures.. full of legs and hair (some have hair) and antennas.. and things sticking out of their bodies... crawling around.... that reminds me of spiders... and other bugs.... But I have shared the same table with people eating those... even with a boyfriend... he LOVED lobster legs... I would just tell him to wash very well his mouth after eating those and before kissing me. ..

 

This was back when I was a teenager... used to soak those in eggwash and then pour some flour on them and fry them... I used to "love" that... But my taste changed A LOT after I became vegetarian...

 

I like watching shows on TV of people that travel around the world just to try different cuisines..... it's interesting to see what people from other cultures eat...
