The place we delivered to in St. Louis was a bakery that makes fig newtons.

Smelled like blueberry muffins.

Can still smell them.

 

Horse Cave, KY Love's, post-delivery.

There's a Subway here, and an Amish restaurant across the street.

The sign said, "pulled pork sandwiches", so I went over and got some.

DEE-LISH!

Also got a three pack of sour cream cookies.....molasses notes and drizzled with maple icing.

Good thing there was only three.

My belly is happy......time to hit the rack. I told "them" I'd work this weekend.....I fear my greed hath consumed me.....g'nite!

I believe that is the place.

 

The AmBest @ Big Cabin on 44 changed it's tenders and barbeque sauce.

The tenders were really hand breaded I think with crackers, they were the best in The United States.

And they had this home made barbecue sauce that was also the best.

Unbeatable.

Now they've gone corporate. The tenders aren't the same, and they have barbecue sauce that's made in NEW YORK CITY.
