Tomorrow is a school day so no suds and the Boys are not allowed pork bones so they are recommending T-bones with cantaloupe, tater salad and sweet tea

I did that when I was gonna dig a drainage Ditch in the back yard. Well they came out and put several different colored flags all in one spot about two (2) feet square. o_O The ditch was back in the corner of the yard so I was just careful when I was digging.

Nah, just missing then little red and yellow lasers on his car back up.... Got lazy.
Incidentally, driver would have played hell hauling cattle in the day, lot of chutes were not on concrete and anchored with deep post. He would have knocked down his loader... Then faced the owner/shipper asking "What the Hell. boy? You drunk?

The Boys are smart instigators. Will these T-bones be Treagerized?
Do have a question on the tater salad, this homemade or store bought?
Offer this suggestion for the tater part of the meal.
Salt crusted roasted potatoes. Pretty easy to do.
Wash taters, then dry. Heat your grill to 400-425.
Put taters in a large bowl, pour a small amount of oil over them
( your choice of oil, olive, grape seed, avocado )
Coat taters well with oil. Then sprinkle a good salt over them to make a coating.
Put into a pan and place on the top rack of the grill.
Depending on the size, it could be 35 minutes for little creamer type, to an hour or so for big bakers.
    Life changing.

These are the last two from a batch of 6.

Same thing, Good clean white spuds, wash, dry, wipe well with olive oil, sprinkle with your select salt.
Place in an empty; plastic Walmart bag, tie loosely, put in strong microwave. Nuke on high say 6 minutes.
Next batch, nuke more or less time from prior experience. Can eat it all, peel, spots etc.

It’s homemade— other half makes German tater salad with bacon and other stuff and it’s served hot—been informed that it’s none of my business how it’s made and I’m good with that cause it’s good

Apparently freezing fresh garlic dosent work too well. Had this frozen and upon defrosting, it had soaked up a bunch of moisture. Trying to see if drying in the sun helps.
