Create a screen saver with a few windows open. Put some spreadsheets, news highlights and farm type reports in these.

Now, when you take a nice, well deserved nap, it will look like your working. If some one should come in and see you, you can then say “ well, I was just contemplating some things”

 

From description; lots sizes, interior pics, I would think 80K was a bargain. Just a good sized solid residence for a couple starting out.

Main problem I saw was neighbor had several yappy ### dogs. That's an automatic deal breaker for me.

I don't mind a dog that barks for a reason, had a neighbor once that had a Rottweiler that would bark because the breeze was moving leaves on trees, that gets old very fast.
