From description; lots sizes, interior pics, I would think 80K was a bargain. Just a good sized solid residence for a couple starting out.

Unless that was in a crime infested town someone stole that…. Thats upper 200’s to mid 300’s around me. Easy. Doublewides on 2 acres are 250 and up..

 

Main problem I saw was neighbor had several yappy ### dogs. That's an automatic deal breaker for me.

 

I don't mind a dog that barks for a reason, had a neighbor once that had a Rottweiler that would bark because the breeze was moving leaves on trees, that gets old very fast.

 

Went by sisters after the auction and lunch. Gave me some peppers.
