Went to couple Q joints in Lockhart tx that were supposed to be all that. Gruenes bbq. Stand in line. Here’s your meat on a chunk of paper. Stand in another line for sides. Mediocre quality Q. Oh and no sauce. That’s a deal breaker.
City bbq. Whole experience was mediocre.
Now Blacks bbq was good. Only place I went to more than once.

 

Not only does it taste good but is a multipurpose cleaner. I present for your appreciation.

 

It was a long day in Indian Country but we endeavored to persevere and made it home with no carnage and in time for beer thirty

We went through Cades Cove. This time we saw turkeys, deer and 9 black bear in total. This mom and her two cubs walked right in front of us.
