For some reason, I recall it was restricted from the W end for 9 (?) miles, then trucks could get on and run into B. Coming back reverse, off at 9(?) and TRt US 1 on to 14th st bridge. (The 9 sticks in my memory, might vary)
Tickle memory/. I maybe wrong on BM Expressway vs Parkway/ Prolly confusing the Wilbur Cross whichever up in CN. Both had parts I could not use. But the only tolls then were the PA and NJ that I used/avoided...
