    Mother pour a cup, he try a sip. Too hot, so tip the cup and spill some into the saucer, blow over it to cool. Tilt up saucer and finish. Cup cool enough then. All adults' did that back then.

    Note that this is a charcoal burner, how does the smoke wood get mixed in?
    Also curious to the temperature stability on these.
    Can you set a temp, like 195 degrees and then let it go for 18 hours?
