Yep. Summer of 95. Same thing happened to me

 

I got so hot when I was in my 20's framing houses that everything that I looked at turned blue. Weirdest #### I've ever seen. Dry shirt, pale cool skin. My boss put me in the truck with the AC on and everything went back to normal eventually. Only happened once.
