Pick your battles wisely @Opus last time my wife tried and failed I spent a lot of time "working" on the truck too get away from her.

 

I suppose. Ain't got any secrets these days. I'll list in order of acquisition.
1. Pot. 20 years.
2. Alcohol. 16 years.
3. Methamphetamine. 16 years.
4. Tobacco. 16 years.
The alcohol was slightly harder to quit than the meth. Probly because it was so readily available.
Interestingly I dydnt smoke tobacco when I was drinking. I started that after I quit the other three (3). Brilliant. !

 

On a lighter note. Finally managed to pawn off this modified Zrx front fairing bracket. Bought it several years ago. It was modified to use without the bikini fairing. Just the big honking rectangular headlight like bikes back in tge 80's. Apparently I'll never do that so a dude on the Zrx board was looking for one. I told him it's yours for shipping. He said he'll take it. Yay ! Oh. It's going to the Netherlands.

 

It took missing a 30”+ buck cause I had to run up hill about 50yards to get a clean shot and when I got there I was so winded I had to puke and while I was puking he took a leak and crapped and when I was able to get a shot he wasn’t there, to do it for me— and after all that the first and only thing I could think about was another cigarette—- threw them away and said never again

 

No kidding. Saw a dude at tge auction today wearing some.
