I went to the pi in early 90's flew into manila , worked my way south legipsi i think then tachloban spelling then ferry from sorgonson ? over to cebu then roxas city ate just about everything they got in the ocean there , made my way back to manila . Was a wild 2 weeks , ill say in cebu i didnt feel safe too often avoided dark areas as best i could .

 

Well yes, Fresno is not the SOUTH, but it is most certainly the direction you go from WA. to get there. Then you you continue down hwy 99 about another 50 miles south and you come across the town of Kingsburg, hook a left on AVE 384 and come out just south of Cutler.
