That’s a decent Malt Vinegar.
You can do a lot of tasty things with that, not just fish and potatoes. Works well in Salad Dressing, marinade and sauces or gravy. A little splash will do.

Try a little bit on the veggies you like to saute. Add right at the end, then give a stir.

All seriousness. Used to haul some stainless tanks that mounted to a truck or trailer chassis.

Earlier today I was at a stop and the truck acted like it didn't want to crank. The starter was getting hot and popping the diode so I popped the hood and let it cool off.

It was 99 and the heat index was 116.


I said Not Today Satan! And finally got it cranked back up and it's been idling ever since.

I've probably killed a few manatees and caribou but I have no regrets.
