Never tried that on catfish, I like it on Captain D's whatever kind of fish that is. I'll have to try it, I've always been a tarter sauce guy on catfish.

    That’s a decent Malt Vinegar.
You can do a lot of tasty things with that, not just fish and potatoes. Works well in Salad Dressing, marinade and sauces or gravy. A little splash will do.

Try a little bit on the veggies you like to saute. Add right at the end, then give a stir.

Probably should scale that, just to be sure.

All seriousness. Used to haul some stainless tanks that mounted to a truck or trailer chassis.
One of the guys got stopped at a scale. Wanted to see his license for tank endorsement. If memory serves me, it was in Iowa.

Well; whoever placed the yellow strips in the wheels, missed the location on 3rd axle up. Inconsistent... Doubt his pressure checking too...

I can't handle tartar sauce due to white glop contamination.

Main thrust of the CO's welcome speech to 3 of us new guys at 9th USASAFS 1959 was cautions on removing a rubber. Per him; some of the assorted diseases available in Angeles City, we able to leap from fingertips to the hangy down part at light speed and in full strength. Said stand and pee....
Then, that San Miguel beer (San Magoo Red Horse) was a 6.9% beer. Said ease into it. Other than that, do not argue with the AP's in town.
Toughed it out till wife got there and drank the regular grades. Did develop a taste for Dortmunder, a German beer in BIG green bottle...
