What if it Snows?

Never tried that on catfish, I like it on Captain D's whatever kind of fish that is. I'll have to try it, I've always been a tarter sauce guy on catfish.

 

That’s a decent Malt Vinegar.
You can do a lot of tasty things with that, not just fish and potatoes. Works well in Salad Dressing, marinade and sauces or gravy. A little splash will do.

Try a little bit on the veggies you like to saute. Add right at the end, then give a stir.

All seriousness. Used to haul some stainless tanks that mounted to a truck or trailer chassis.

@Dave_in_AZ If you need something to plink with and keep sharp, contact some of the people. They have some 9mm on hand and should be reasonable..
