What if it Snows?

How did you do up past NYC, like up in Connecticut and Maine. Some of them folks were not sharp enough to cut my MS Suthern, had to repeat, louder, wave and point. They seemed so relieved when we concluded and they were sure I was harmless.

 

Well; language barrier aside, we can both look at the money he lays down and I can nod when he drops enough. You look at his face and shake your head, left to right.... If he slows down (or switches to lesser denominations) you keep shaking it, but slowly drop your chin downward.
This basically tells him it ain't working and may never unless he drops more Charley and faster... I am a past master in its application...

 

The only place without an accent is the Western US.
