    Do I see 4 chains around the logs, between the bolsters? Overkill... Down here, we depend on the bolsters, but as a favor to
    "those others who make roadside inquires", one chain mid ways will snug them up. I mean, it is usually less than 100 miles to the mill yard.

    It's 1 wrapper all the way around the logs. It just crosses the wing and under the bunk.

    Verdict. Nice and hot but not overwhelming. Cut it in three (3) pieces. Lips are burning but not too bad. Probly make pepper sauce with these and those Fresno peppers.
