My blood sugar will tank quickly sometimes quickest fix is sugar, but then I have to eat something substantial and not necessarily sweet, I start getting the shakes i need to find food, real food, but sometimes something sweet will get me over the edge until I can get real food, and I hate sweets, but it's a quick fix until I can take care of it properly.
