It appears from some texts that were received recently that @Oxbow has enlisted some reinforcements for a Saturday morning golf’n outing at a place called “Hazard Creek” — I have reluctantly accepted the invitation

He needs a 13 year old kid down the block that would love to see such a late model phone. Kid could tinker 5 minutes, and have Dave talking to Satan in West Hell direct for free. Then walk off commenting it really needed ???

Just make sure and take a small cooler and a 6er of moose drool on ice. You’ll be fine.

A couple of pics of the shop..
2nd pic, side of building, large sign on overhang. Building was where I started with Clark. They built new/larger and moved out on US 78 then.
When we started up, we leased the building, as it had drains, 3 phase, air lines, and docks. The sign was up there and had a full sized forklift painted on it. Time past, and when it was obvious we were going to be there, they called the building owner and wanted him to remove the sign.
He said, their sign, they want, come get. They did not want to use, just not advertising for us as a forklift shop. Threatened us to take down. We advised it theirs; on landlords property, and we could not alter ther building as leased... They hired and paid a paint contractor to come down and repaint it solid white. The sign on front still has their text on its back. We just took it down, turned it over and had Lothorp paint ours.
That is my 75/76? NOVA in the pic and the service trucks in the far back are 2 Sears retired we bought, paid $800.00 each, had a $100.00 overspray put on, ran 2 years, and sold for $1200.00. My first experience with depreciation recapture being taxable income. Learned that...

Yep the old worn out '92 would get about 10.

Going to do some upgrades on the '78 that should help with that..... Like better gears for highway use and an Edelbrock injection kit.
